Please pray for my brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Kathy. Her 25 yr old daughter, Morgan, died Friday and we are all awaiting the autoposy so that the funeral can be planned. Morgan's 2 week old baby also died from SIDS a week ago. Just keep the family in your prayers as they are needed.

I am Scott's Mom, I would like you to pray for my son Scott. He is 16 years old and has Cerebral Palsy. His father has had a lifetime of anger issues and has abused many women and children(physically and mentally)including Scott and all his sisters and his brother. His father has supervised visitation and we are trying to get that taken away. His father just got out of jail in June for Feloneous Assault against his girlfriend. Scott does not want to have to visit his father at all but his father is fighting this. We have a court date on August 28. Please pray for the safety and well being of Scott.

It all started a couple of weeks ago, my friend a co-mother started to tell me her daughter(11 years old) was very upset with her. She had told her that she was not to hang-out with one of her new friends because she was told of her background (mother involved with drugs 3 charges and father CSC charges). This 12 year old girl new way more about sex and drugs than she should. She ended up being allowed to talk on the phone togther. Well, this last Saturday night my children, my husband, and myself were over to my friends house when her daughter received a text message from this girls phone.It had said"Holly pasted away 12 am August 24th due to drug over dose" signed her mother. So, she tried to their house phone to talk to the girls mom. Her brother answered and siad it was true. My friends daughter was completely devistated. She cried all night wanted to sleep on the couch. The next morning the girls mother called my friends house and wanted to know why she had called so late last night. My friend stated that she wanted to talk to her about Holly's passing. She got very angry and said,What are you talking about Holly is right here! My friend proceeded to tell her what had happened the night before. The girls mother then yelled at the girl and the brother cussing and swearing at them. The mother hung up on my friend. My friend then explained to her daughter that this was the reason for them limiting her contact with holly. She now has no cotact with her. But my concern also is for Holly what kind of life is she having to live where she would think this was a joke and thats Ok. Please if you would pray for her I'm scared for her.

Our thoughts today are with our friend, Julie Schafer of Paw Paw. She is having surgery again today (Wednesday) for an ongoing problem. Hopefully, this will be be the last time and she will heal quickly.

Today my dad just had open heart surgery for the second time and he is doing okay for how sever the surgery was. The surgery took 7 hours to complete and when I just left the hospital he was starting to wake up, but he didn't want anyone to leave him, since he has the breathing tube and everything like that in him that he was starting to feel some pain. The first time the surgery went really well, but since his heart was going into a-fib and a-flutter he needed to go into the hospital and he needed to get his heart shocked back into rhythm. Then when they were going into do that procedure they had to do a TEE test which is a test that shows if the patient has any blood clots or anything like that to look at and to see if they can do the procedure. So when they did that procedure they found out that his mitral valve was leaking. The valve is a fake valve they put in to make his heart beat, since in 1999 his mitral valve blew out and we almost lost him. So today they replaced it and put in a new one and now it is his time to show us that he can pull through yet another surgery.

I actually want to send a prayer request out for myself. I had a needle Biopsy done on Friday and my results are in I get them tomorrow and Im scared to get them but yet will be relived if its not bad news.
